Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Neuma Creative client portal collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the portal only. If you have any questions, email cole@neumacreative.com.

Who we are

The portal is provided by Neuma Creative LLC ("Neuma," "we," "us"). It is a private workspace where our clients track their work, exchange documents and messages with us, see their numbers, and complete intake forms.

What we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and the role you were given. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google to create your sign-in. We do not see your Google password.
• What you put in the portal. Documents you upload, messages you send, answers you give in forms, and notes on tasks.
• Business data connected to your workspace. For some clients, the portal displays figures from services you have authorized us to connect (for example point-of-sale sales or membership numbers). These are shown back to you and used to help with your work. We never connect a service without your go-ahead.
• Basic technical data. A secure cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

How we use it

• To run your portal and show your work, documents, messages, and numbers.
• To communicate with you about your work.
• To keep the portal secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The services that help us run the portal

We use a small set of trusted providers, each only to provide their part of the service:

• Supabase for the database, sign-in, and file storage.
• Vercel for hosting.
• Google for sign-in, if you choose that option.
• Resend for the emails the portal sends you (for example, a note that someone replied).

How your information is shared

Your workspace data is visible only to the people invited to your workspace and to Neuma. We share information with the providers above only as needed to run the portal, or if the law requires it. That is the full list.

How we protect it

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is controlled so each workspace can only see its own data. We design the portal so a client can never reach another client's information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email cole@neumacreative.com and we will take care of it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your portal is active. When our work together ends, we remove your data on request within a reasonable time.

Children

The portal is for business use and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will post the new version here and change the date above. If we make a material change to the Terms of Service, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms before you continue using the portal.
