Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Neuma Creative client portal. By using the portal you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal. Questions: cole@neumacreative.com.
1. The portal
The portal is a private workspace provided by Neuma Creative LLC ("Neuma," "we," "us") for our clients to track their work, exchange documents and messages with us, view their numbers, and complete intake forms.
2. Your account
Access is by invitation. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access: cole@neumacreative.com.
3. Acceptable use
Use the portal for your work with Neuma. Do not try to break or get around its security, reach another workspace's information, upload anything unlawful or that you do not have the right to share, or misuse anyone else's information.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents, messages, and answers you put in the portal. You give Neuma permission to store and process that content for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
5. Confidentiality
Your workspace content is treated as confidential between you and Neuma. We do not share it outside the people invited to your workspace and the providers needed to run the portal.
6. The service
We provide the portal on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add, or change features over time.
7. Connected and third-party services
If you sign in with Google or authorize a data connection (for example your point-of-sale or membership system), your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You are responsible for the connections you authorize.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law allows, Neuma is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the portal, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending access
You may stop using the portal at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or when our work together ends. When access ends, we will help you retrieve your data within a reasonable window before it is removed.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we will let you know in the portal and ask you to accept the updated terms before you continue.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
